You can view a resident’s voiding history from the resident profile.
To see voiding history:
Navigate to the resident page.
Select Toileting from the resident menu.
Click either Bowel or Bladder.
On these pages, you will see a comprehensive history of the resident’s toileting documentation, including:
• All bowel or bladder charting
• Observations recorded by caregivers
• Voiding-related history for that resident
This view helps nurses and caregivers review patterns, trends, and changes in continence over time.
