You can change a resident’s toileting plan directly from the resident profile.
To update the toileting plan:
Navigate to the resident page.
Select Toileting from the resident menu.
In the Overview section, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Review the resident’s current toileting plan.
Click Change Toileting Plan.
Select the appropriate toileting plan based on the resident’s needs.
Indicate whether the resident uses a toileting device, such as an ostomy or catheter.
Save your changes.
Once updated, the new toileting plan will guide caregiver charting and care expectations moving forward.
