Overview

Hub users now receive an audible pop-up notification when a new message comes in, so nothing gets missed during a busy shift.

How It Works

When a new message is sent:

  • A pop-up appears in the Hub.
  • You’ll hear a notification sound.
  • You can click the pop-up to open the message thread.

If You Don’t See the Pop-Up

Your computer may be blocking browser notifications.

To fix this:

  • Allow pop-ups from Jana in your browser settings.
  • Make sure system sound is turned on.

If it’s still not working, check with your IT team to allow notifications from Jana.
