How do I adjust the baseline from the Function Score Analysis page?

You can adjust any ADL baseline which make up the function score from the Function Score page on the resident profile.

To update a baseline:

1. Open the resident profile.

2. Click the Function Score link.

3. Locate the ADL you want to update.

4. Click Update GG ADL, which appears under that ADL section.

5. Enter the updated baseline information and save your changes.

Updating the baseline ensures caregiver charting aligns with the resident’s current functional status and supports accurate clinical documentation.
