You can view the baseline history for a resident’s ADLs directly from the resident profile.
To view baseline history:
Open the resident profile.
Click the Function Score link.
Select the ADL you want to review.
From here, you will be able to see:
• The current ADL baseline
• Previous baseline values
• Dates and times when baseline changes were made
This history provides clinical visibility into how a resident’s functional status has changed over time and supports accurate care planning and documentation.
