Caregivers see facility events in the Jana app on the home page, under the Events section.
From this view:
Caregivers can see upcoming events for the shift they are currently assigned to, they can not see any for future shifts
Caregivers only see events for the neighborhoods included in their assigned shift
Caregivers can assist residents with preparation and attendance at the appropriate time
This design ensures events are coordinated by caregiving staff while keeping resident participation organized and accountable.
