Facility Events and Appointments allow you to create and manage group events that residents can attend, such as activities, restorative sessions, or cognitive programs.

How Facility Events work

Facility Events are designed to make it easy to plan, track, and document resident participation.

When a resident is invited to a facility event:

  • The event appears on the resident’s to-do list in the Jana app at the scheduled time

  • Caregivers can ensure residents are prepared and in attendance

  • Participation can be tracked for compliance and reporting purposes
