You can view a resident’s most recent Mood and Behavior charting directly from the resident profile.
To view the most recent Mood and Behavior entry:
Navigate to the resident page.
Review the Overview section to see the latest charted information.
Select Mood & Behavior from the resident menu to view detailed charting history.
This allows you to quickly see the most recent observations as well as review trends or prior entries related to the resident’s mood and behavior.
