How do I know if a resident has an active Alert?

You can tell if a resident has an active Alert by checking their resident profile.

To view active Alerts:

1. Navigate to the resident page.

2. Look for a badge next to the Alerts link in the resident navigation.

If a badge is present, the resident has one or more active Alerts that require review.

Selecting Alerts will allow you to view each alert and take appropriate action.
