When Jana is first installed at a facility, your administration team decides whether Multi-Factor Authentication is required for users who access the Jana Hub.
If your facility has enabled MFA, you will be prompted to set up an MFA method the first time you sign in to the Jana Hub.
Jana supports multiple MFA options, including:
• Work email
• Authenticator app
• Text message sent via SMS
Once configured, MFA will be required each time you sign in to the Jana Hub.
This requirement does not apply to Jana app users. Caregivers who use the Jana app only need a PIN to access the app.
