I just received a temporary password for the Jana Hub. What do I do next?

If you were given a temporary password for the Jana Hub, follow these steps to complete your sign in.

  1. Go to the Jana Hub login page. This is [Your Facility Name].jana.health

  2. Enter your username and the temporary password provided to you.

  3. After signing in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set your permanent password.

Important things to know:

• Temporary passwords expire after 30 minutes if they are not used.
• If your temporary password expires, contact your administrator or nurse to request a new one.
• Once your new password is set, you can continue using the Jana Hub normally.
