Jana allows you to control which staff members are permitted to chart Restorative Nursing activities.
To update Restorative Nursing charting privileges:
Go to Facility.
Select Restorative Nursing.
Click Charting Privileges.
From this page, you can choose:
Unrestricted Access — allows all caregiving staff (including CNAs, LPNs, Nurses, etc.) to chart Restorative Nursing, or
Restricted Access — select specific staff members who are allowed to perform and chart Restorative Nursing activities
This setting ensures only certified or approved staff can complete Restorative Nursing charting, based on your facility’s requirements.
