You can update your personal information from both the Jana Hub and the Jana app, depending on what you need to change.

Updating your information in the Jana Hub

To update your information in the Hub:

  1. Click the User icon in the upper right corner of the Hub next to the Need Help button.

  2. Select Settings.

From the User Settings page, you can edit:
• Your name
• Your work email
• Your password
• Your PIN

Be sure to save your changes once complete.

Updating your PIN or Profile Photo in the Jana app

To update your PIN or profile photo in the app:

  1. Open the Jana app.

  2. Tap your initials in the upper right corner of the home screen.

  3. Tap the button to update either your PIN or photo.

If you are unable to make changes or need additional help, contact your facility administrator or reach out to Jana Support for assistance.
