You can reset an employee’s PIN or password from the Platform Access page.
To reset a PIN or password:
Navigate to Facility and select Platform Access.
Search for the employee whose PIN or password you want to reset.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to their name.
In the edit window, check the box labeled Reset Password or PIN.
Click Save.
Once reset, a temporary PIN or password will appear in the employee list.
Share this temporary credential with the employee. When they log into the Jana app or Jana Hub, they will be prompted to create a new PIN or password.
Important:
A temporary PIN remains valid until it is changed or deactivated.
A temporary password will expire after 30 minutes if it is not used.
