There are several ways to access a resident’s information, depending on where you are in the platform.
Recommended method: Global Search
Use the search bar at the top of any page.
Start typing the resident’s name.
The resident will appear in an auto-complete list. Select their name to open their profile.
Other ways to access a resident:
Go to the Facility page and select a resident from the resident list.
Navigate to a Neighborhood page and either search for or scroll through residents assigned to that neighborhood in the neighborhood resident page.
All methods will take you to the resident’s profile, where you can view their information, charting, and history.
